In an odd area, outside of Syracuse by New York State Fairgrounds. It is attached to a hotel chain. When you enter the ambiance is surprisingly fine dining. We were pleasantly surprised. It is expensive but GREAT food! We had filet minion, shrimp cocktail, lobster rolls even the bread with honey butter was a treat!
Great food and great staff. The restaurant is very small and the tables close together, but their wait staff is awesome and their food is awesome. They had diners outside as well. I would go back not on a weekend when it is so crazy.
The steaks were outstanding. I honestly think that this place makes the best steak in Syracuse. Perfectly seasoned and Perfectly cooked. My only complaint was the nasty zucchini vegetable of the day type side that the waitress never acknowledged or asked about. If given the opportunity I would have said.. please don't put that on my plate... It will only end up in the trash... and it did. Also I was surprised how tiny the overall restaurant was. The dining area had about 15 small tables and the place was packed on a Tuesday night. It was pretty loud because of all of the people dining in such a small space. Oh and no kids menu if you have young picky eaters. I personally wouldn't bring a small child to a place like this. Children probably won't appreciate the cook on a $39 steak and don't have the traditional chicken fingers or Mac n cheese options that are available at other establishments.
Our recent visit to Daniella's was as enjoyable and delicious as we remembered our last time. Portions were generous and delectable. We will definitely return again.
