Margaritaville Syracuse

I have my grandson of NC to see her father and decided to go to the mall. My son knows I love this place (I go every time I show up to treat me. WORST FOOD I EVER HAD THERE. (We always try the food before we go to the guys age 2 3 got deals and juice for the guys. I had my drink. Instead of a child's meal, she brought an adult meal. The frits were hardly warm and definitely not fresh. The offers were a bit warmer, but not hot. You could say they were hired. Definitely will remember it again in the future!!!

As much as I would like to give a good assessment, I can simply. the food is good the margaritas are better, but watching the staff was something else. Saturday 8/6/22 we are at the shopping center and decide to get a dinner at Margaritaville. The hostess was not a place where we arrived. Other employees walk for them, so we sat at the bar. Ordered our drinks and food and enjoyed our conversations with the Bartender, Anna. But our server... why didn't she lock us in one of the bars? I thought it was strange that she disappeared on her back to pay our check. Today I find a $100 fee for my bank statement showing a transfer to Venmo! After listening to other employees complaining about how other employees are not kept countable, there is a management problem in spite of this!

Food was pretty average and drinks were pretty good. Bunch to choose from on the menu and many seafood!!

Typical restaurant with chain. I ordered the nachos, lava shrimps and fried pimples. I and my children ordered all the appetizers to share. There was nothing really on the menu. The loaded nacho plate was huge. We only ate about half. They are creepy and lacking in the middle of the tortilla chips. The guacamole on the nachos was disgusting. The lava shrimps were good. Could have used more lava sauce.

Food and service was great. We were seated at the bar and I ordered the fish tacos, loaded landshark and about every margarita.
