We have seen this restaurant on our holiday trip and are very excited. What a wonderful restaurant! Perfect location in and a perfect realm in the restaurant. Very delicious and fresh dishes, many colors en a perfect combination of tastes. We also had a nice waitress on Sunday night! See you next time!

Just break! I went here without many expectations, but seriously, this was one of the most amazing good food experiences I ever had. Your starters are simply from this world. Perfect combination of flavors, simple masterpieces. The main dishes are a bit simpler, but their taste certainly fits those of the appetizers. Awning quality, very good. And then the desert. We chose something with Elderflower. Just great. The combination of ingredients, sweet, sour... is really brilliant. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because this place really deserves it. Very recommended!

Great food for a great price. Monk fish was the best dish I tasted for a while.

We started with house bread which was fine. However, later we asked if they can warm it up. Caramelised butter with warm bread was totally different taste. The butter melted on the bread which melted in my stomach with the same pace. My main was beef hanger steak with gnocchi/truffle/caramelised onion/madeira. Just delicious don't forget to have wine on the side), in one point realised that the food is over. It was a sad moment. I could eat the steak another 10 minutes, still would enjoy it. However, I am not sure my stomach would able to cope with my eating habits. Later as a desert had Pastamisu, which seems like tiramisu, however it was totally different thing, maybe similar. For me after steak it was a great final touch. Imagine icecream with tiramisu. We had Valrhona chocolate/almond/coconut/cherry too. However, if you aren't into chocolate that much maybe it wouldn't be for you, otherwise the taste is super good too. if you are vegeterian from main you may order Fregola tostata/wild mushrooms/seaweed/trout roe without trout, according to my sources it was super good too. #etibarIsIndependent #etibarOnVaba
