I’ve now experienced overcharging at this restaurant five times. On two occasions, I had to return for refunds on items I didn’t purchase, as I didn't notice the discrepancies at the register. The cashier brushes it off as an honest mistake, but this practice, known as under-ringing, allows her to pocket the money. After I called to complain, I discovered that it was actually the manager engaging in this behavior. While I might overlook this from a regular employee, knowing it comes from a manager means I will no longer be a customer. This is completely unacceptable. If she’s willing to steal from me, she could easily steal from the owners as well. I strongly believe an audit should be conducted to assess the integrity of your night manager.

This is a fantastic little store with a wide variety of natural products, including an extensive selection of gluten-free items. If you follow a gluten-free diet, this is the place for you. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
