Checkers - Tampa

It was almost over and we went down a few late nights. We were a big mess, but Michael was extremely patient and took care of us and was a great help. Michael ensured that our order was correct and made our night complete. Very respectful and polite. Thank you, Michael.

My new favorite checker location Very clean and beautiful restaurant customer service was immaculate, the light smoked curly brown haired cashier girl who gave me my food did not know how her name but she was super friendly and sweet. This is the definition of how to treat any customer. Sis deserves an increase she has a beautiful soul. Thank you for choosing my night to go there.

I must tell them that we usually go late in the night, eating is always done right, fresh, girl in the window is always friendly and the line in the drive thru moves fast, automated order never wrong, very recommend the checkers on martin luther king boulevard

Two stars are for the food that is delicious and what I expected from Checkers. But the order of food is a zero-star experience. I hate getting robots to understand me, especially when we have allergies or special instructions, etc... So we had to wait in the line and then park, download the app, place the order, wait again, etc. I will never go to a checker again until they allow me to order food with a human being. This applies to any food business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lived in the area for about a year and have tried this spot a few times, horrible food and service every time. The GM called my boyfriend to make it right and give us 2 free meals on the house. Finally made it back that way and went in to grab our meals and of course, the staff was SO rude throughout the entire interaction. Decided to not even take the free food. Honestly, this store has major issues. We will never come back.
