Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Tampa

Love that chicken and staff at this location. The sweet tea and chicken were perfect on Easter Sunday. The staff all seemed happy and got along. Unlike my neighborhood Popeyes the lobby was open. The best part of my experience was a pleasant manager respectfully enforcing the no pet policy.

This is the second time in two months that we have come by here to pick up food and all the doors are locked no one helps you and we are in an RV and cannot go through the drive-through. How do you guys expect to stay in business when you operate like that? Burger King next-door to you has no issues. We prefer Popeyes over Burger King but you do not make it convenient for anyone.

My stomach was set on Popeyes for dinner but upon trying to open the door at 6pm on a Sunday the lobby is closed for some reason while the employees just sit at a table and pretend I'm not there?! What the hell is that about?! Won't answer the phone to explain why either. Your sign says lobby is open till 10pm!!

I ordered a 5 pc mild w/ the online coupon, And they gave me a 4 piece, spicy ??

Popeyes chicken are really good. But this company's customer service is horrible all across the board. The head quarters need to revamp their policy and train their workers to serve the general public with respect and dignity. If you don't like people, stay out of the customer service profession.
