Wendy's - Tampa

So bad. I use the toilet room, then the manager just came and knocked the door said out lound “They were out order” without sign of beginning. I also spend money to eat included drinking money, but why do they treat us so badly?

Absolutely great experience. Super friendly staff. Very clean and presentable. And the FOOD! Everything was cooked and or prepared as seen on TV. Almost couldn't believe it.. Oh, there's a Strawberry Frosty now if you didnt know. Thank you All Involved.

These people dont care about customer service at all. They treat customers bad for no apparent reason. Drive thru wait was 20+minutes gave me wrong food didnt give me a receipt and wont answer calls. The employees keep the lobby locked during working hours and wouldnt open to fix my food. This wasnt an isolated incident, this is pretty common for this place. Save your money and sanity and avoid this place at all costs!

Gave it a 1 star because 0 was not an option. I have eaten at wendy's before but this by far has been the grossest establishment I ever been to. Found some weird stuff in my burger, old nuggets and moldy tasting soda, live termites and flies you can find it here. Workers handling money, coughing on hands an then handling food. I threw my food out because I hate confrontation, but this place straight up sucks. Dont go here ever.

No sauce for my nuggets, asked for BBQ. No napkins in bag. Burgers should've been chili yesterday. Disgusting. Fries were okay. They were very short and rude. Wouldn't come back
