We have never looked back since then, every time we are in Malacca , we will buy a lot esp for my family and friends who love it. Very nice people behind the business, very happy to meet Michelle and David , the hands behind the great food. Zhang and kaya and everything else are made from scratch with love, kaya from real fresh coconuts husked and grated then squeezed.. real good stuff we are getting here! Just 10-15mins drive from Malacca downtown area, a non-touristy gem not to be missed in Malacca
As a Peranakan, I 'm the biggest critic of my own cultural food. I 've never been fond of Nyonya Chang or Nyonya dumpling because of the sweetness. I 've always preferred savoury chang over the Nyonya until I tried this Michelle Soo 's Authentic Nyonya Chang. Her Chang is my deal breaker 'pulut tak tawe ' (flavourful glutinous rice) and 'inte tak macam tu manis ' (not overly sweet filling). From now onwards, if I were to eat Nyonya Chang, it 'll only be Michelle Soo 's. Sounds hard sell but it 's the truth.
One of the best Nyonya Chang in Melaka hands down!! If you have never known what Nyonya Chang taste like, then you definitely would want to give this a try. Let your taste buds be the judge of it if you have tried others before.
The best nyonya chang we have ever tasted and absolutely love the generous fillings, flavor and texture
I get to know about Michelle's Nyonya Chang when I was Googling for Best food in Malacca. We communicate through FB and placed my order 2 days before. Tried all the different chang and I must say I have never tried anything like this in Spore! Highly recommended if you are in Malacca!
