Johnny Rockets - Tannersville

This location discontinued, all of their vegetarian and vegan options. No impossible, burger, no black bean burger, no vegan shakes. They also didn’t have a public bathroom and only had an empty hand sanitizer container which they said they couldn’t fill because their shipment of cleaning products was delayed. Which makes me wonder what else they can’t clean right now. We had to walk quite a ways to the bathrooms at the outlet to wash our hands

Disgusting. Only thing good was our milkshakes, but you really can’t mess those up. Anyway the chicken was disgusting and the fry’s were gross. As well as the lady taken our order, looked like she was some type of manager. But disrespected all of the employees on the floor. Honestly awful.

Managers stand around on their phones all day, talk to employees like garbage, and leave one employee in the store during busy rushes no matter how much they are asked to help. Male staff has no respect for females or their boundaries. A law suit from customers and staff waiting to happen

This is the best customer service and the milkshakes are great
