We had to wait more than 30 minutes on our food. When receiving our food it was already half cold, and the milkshake was missing. When asking where it was they told me the machine was not working. They did not offer a refund, i just had to take some extra coca cola... When getting the drinks from the machine only the cola and sprite had taste. All the other flavors were empty. They also did nothing about this. When we left there were almost 25 orders in the waiting queue. Those people probably have to wait way more than 30 minutes. And they call this fast food? Worst burger king I have ever been to.
CARD ONLY! They refuse to take cash. lost me as a customer. Not the employees fault they work very hard.
Slow foodservice, long que, dry chicken nuggets, dirty toilet and full garbage bin. We Will not recommend this place.
This place seems to be bipolar, quality shifts like crazy, depends entirely on who works, how underoccupied they are, in which the worker does not blame. this place is always strange, but never enough personally to wipe even the tables. the eating goes from decent to horrid, depending on the day. the company does not blame the poor workers who normally do their best. this happens in the rule when managment like the bad usually teenage staff who sometimes hide from customers like children just behind a floor in the hope that people choose another food. I have given up the hope that bk will repair himself, now it is only praying that one day our mcdonalds will kick and hopefully take this place among the wings and up to the stars of almost food.
