When we went inside we were welcomed by sweetest woman who I assume is the owner or at least closely related to the owner. The restaurant gave such a mom and pop shop vibe in the best way. We only got the pork belly ramen but it was hands down some of the best ramen we have ever had. The pork belly was so tender and the broth was sweet and savory. It’s my new favorite comfort food. The wait is a little long compared to other restaurants. I think this is because the same woman that greeted us was working the place completely by herself, even in the kitchen. Even then, she greeted everyone with same smile, warmth, and respect. The place seemed very quiet and it’s really unfortunate because it’s such a great hole in the wall restaurant. Definitely looking forward to come back for more ramen and sushi!
Lisa the owner kept us happy, fed and wants no to come back! We love her and her team mate with the beautiful lady with the dread locks .
My husband and I have ordered take out 3x now. Food is fantastic, doesn’t leave you feeling bloated and greasy. It is fresh and the produce is quality. We loved their honey mustard miso wings, sushi, bongbong chicken skewers and summer fresh rolls. Lisa is wonderful and her customer service alone makes me want to keep ordering. Have yet to eat inside but we picked up food and it looks like a nice place to eat. Really enjoy the fusion aspect of the food. Super excited to try the ramen!!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! Was home visiting for my mom’s memorial service and my brother took me out for my birthday here. Flavorful, filling, DELICIOUS!!!! Highly recommend! Would give 100 stars!! We have lots of Ramen spots back home in GA, believe it or not we have a very large Asian population, no one has topped Fusion Kitchen. This is now a must have food stop when we visit!! FYI I tried, spicy tuna roll, sweet chili wings and Pork belly Chashu ramen with hot chili oil 10 out of 10 Parking? No worries, plenty of on street parking ntm there is a parking lot across the street is free after 5.
I'm a visitor from GA and came with family. We went after 5 so the parking at the deck was free. I got the Tofu Miso soup and the Chashu belly ramen with extra garlic and noodles. After having been stationed in Misawa, Japan for 3 years, this is the 3rd ramen shop I've visited since being home that recreates the umami flavor and atmosphere of a ramen house in Japan. 10/10 will come again. Staff were friendly, and food arrived quick. Slurps up.
