The lamb kebabs had a strange smell and seemed to be made with low-quality meat, and the hummus was disappointing. The only redeeming dish was the Baba-Ganoush. On a positive note, the restaurant is halal.
The food at this restaurant is amazing. The service is quick and efficient. The prices are a bit on the high side, but the portions are generous. I tried the makhsus bark with pita and it was divine - the bark was incredibly tender and juicy. It seems that Persian cuisine is popular in Manila. I highly recommend trying the bark or the lamb kebab, both of which pair perfectly with the pita. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Looking for Middle Eastern cuisine in a convenient location near business districts and shopping malls? This restaurant is a great choice.
Arya is a small restaurant that has its own series of clientele. the place is nothing nice. in the did the decor leaves much to wish. eating is okay. the beef onion is very tender and juicy. the fish is also quite good. the others we had. the staff of this restaurant are very friendly and they are also aware of the dishes served by the place. for someone who wants to try persian, this can be a good place to begin.
It is my first time to taste Persian delicacies. I heard that they are too spicy. But when we ate at Arya Restaurant, I was surprised and awed that the food suited my taste. They are not too spicy and the grilling is just right...for the meat we ordered. This restaurant is surely good to be recommended to people who wants new taste.
