Lemon Grass Thai Cuisine - Tempe

3.5 stars for having thai bird's eye chili and noodle condiments. They only had lemons rather than lime though. Happy to find a Thai place during my scrabble tournament at Double Tree hotel nearby. Service was fast and super friendly. The sticky went really well with my larb. We got mild because my roommate couldn't eat spicy. The larb and kao soy have good flavors. The noodles fof kao soy are not authentic though. We use mee pok in Thailand. Come for lunch for cheaper lunch specials!

Happy camper. I showed up starving! Lemongrass did not disappoint. The portions were plentiful and the service was outstanding. The owner/chef makes everything from scratch and authentically. I know Thai food, my 2nd family is Thai, and this place is the best in town. Get there and be a happy camper too.

This was like the quickest service ever, I was highly impressed. They're very attentive too! Making sure waters are filled, checking on us, but not too much haha. It always makes me happy when a Thai place has an adequate veggie selection, or the ability to get tofu in pretty much any dish you'd want. I went for my staple which is red curry. The other curries looked good too but I couldn't stray! I got my tofu steamed, it was cut in tiny cubes, but there was lots of tofu. It was good curry! Not my absolute favorite, but I enjoyed it and the portions were a good size. Not bad pricing either, pretty typical compared to other Thai places I've checked out. I'd be down to come back.

Delicious. I'm not sure how to better-articulate this except to continue and give high praise to the owner. She seemed kind and explained some food options, and didn't seem taken aback when I asked for something that was the most traditional item on the menu. She came back with a street-vendor dish (these are always SO good! with a fried egg on top and some spicy garlic sauce for the egg. I chose the beef as a meat option, and it was wonderful. Thanks again! I'll definitely call ahead for some fish and prawns next time!

Stopped for lunch. The outside of this cafe is a little deceiving. We were surprised that it was a good size inside and quite nice. Service was good and food delicious. We ordered pad thai and a yellow curry noodle dish. Both were loaded with meat. Soup was also served with the meal and it was very good too. We have no complaints and will probably return. Great place!
