Pizza Hut - Tempe

I ordered at 20 o'clock yesterday. it's 8 o'clock the next day and I didn't get my order and when I called the phone, just rings forever. I guess they should always use a credit card so that they can calculate more easily from this location.

I have never paid for a pizza from the tempe store that costs more than $23.00 with control and delivery. for more than 30 years. no more. the same pizza was over $40. spoke to two different call centers, was separated when tried to pay and had to start. they gave me the right price, they said it would be $33.00 finnaly got someone who could answer on the store stand and the accused was $40.00 too bad, but never again.

Either Pizza hut's quality went down or my standards for pizza got higher. The past few times I have ordered from here and other locations I have been pretty disappointed.

Horrible delivery experience !!! They ask if you would like your delivery for a later time and I did! I gave them an hour window to have my pizza ready and delivered. I am only 5 min away but It took them an hour and a half to have the pizza ready and delivered. The best part is that the pizza was not good or fresh!!!! really disappointed in this location

Morning manager is extremely rude and a liar. We called in the night before to have a order made early for my son 's birthday party at school. Told the very nice lady on the phone we needed them before 11 am and she said yes not a problem at 10:45 they will be ready for pick up. She confirmed it 3 times with me. Pulled up to the drive thru window and no order was made. I told the extremely rude guy that we had a order and he said no you don 't! All of a sudden he pulls out a receipt saying is this yours? I said yes and he said it never went thru.. I told him it 's not my fault he then says we have other orders that came in this morning and need to finish them before you ? so I said nope I put mine before so I need mine before 11 and he started arguing with me. He then said another order just came in for 11 pizzas and need to them first.. WHAT!!! he then goes away and comes back 5 mins later to the window with a new receipt saying look she put 10:45 pm not am.. That 's when I lost it and told him off for trying to lie to my face. Avoid this pizza hut at all cost go to Broadway and 48th st better they ended up making our pizzas in 10 mins with no questions asked.
