Denny's - Temple

My family and I decided that Dennys would be a good choice for an evening meal in the late night. we came here and everything went normal until we decided to eat more after a few minutes. After 30 minutes we had to ask for someone since nobody came by. it's over an hour now and we still haven't eat ours, I asked for a refill of my sweet tees and instead I got a koks. Personally I work in a kitchen like this and in my experience should never last for so long to make or get out even with 3 chefs that are enough for each station. for my readers I wouldn't show here that this is not the first chaos I had on this site, but it will be my last.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This Denny's is a pisspoor example of the franchise quality of food and work. They have progressively been getting worse and worse. My food is constantly missing ingredients/products, cold, or burnt. This last time I had 3 orders of moons over my hammy that came in soggy with only 1 hairline slice of ham on only one half of the sandwiches. Cold potatoes. Burnt choco/banana pancakes. Charged for 2 crepes and only got one poorly made crepe.. and I don't even know what the hell happened to strawberry shortcake pancakes. It looks like they started to make the red white and blue pancakes then remembered the order and threw some cookies on top. Its a shame that they would even let their food go out like this. Makes me wonder what else are they skimping on? Hygiene? Proper food handling procedure? Clearly they take no pride in their work and don't care about the quality of their products anymore.

Nothing is worst than sitting in a restaurant and watching other people getting seated after you and immediately getting water and having their orders placed and no one even asked you if you would like water. Hearing someone place their order and getting their food while you still haven 't been asked do you want something to drink.That 's what just happened to my husband and I at this Denny 's.After living here in Texas for 3 years, coming from the northern Midwest, we woke up and my husband said you know what we have never been to Denny 's here, we should go. We got dressed and made our way. Parked on the sloped hill and were really in a great mood.We were met by the extremely helpful hostess who was kind and gracious, she offered us a table and because it was a larger table I said we wouldn 't mind a booth. I now believe she offered us the table to spare is the horrible service to come. We sat and instantly knew what we wanted and talked. A table close to us was placing their order as we sat down. Three other tables sat and instantly given water, we weren 't even looked at. Seven-8 minutes went by and the table that was placing their order received their food, that 's when we got up and asked for the hostess. She was so upset that we were completely ignored by our server and asked us to please stay, we didn 't. If we were so easily ignored I would never trust my food delivery to that person.Anyone can have a bad day but I don 't have to be punished because of it.Great looking location, best and cleanest looking Denny 's I 've ever been in.

Absolutely horrible. Finally was seated after a few minutes sat at the table for 30 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Do NOT recommend. You're better off elsewhere.
