Pizza Hut - Temple

Took over 2 hrs to get our pizza and this restaurant is only 2.3 miles away, upon receiving it, it was cold, dry and hard. We also paid for extra cheese and there was barely any cheese even on it. Disappointed.

Ordered via mobile app on 3/5/2024. Ordered the online deal of 1 lrg 1 topping, 1 lrg specialty and dbl order of bread sticks for $25.99. After delivery and tip was added total was $36.79. But when I recieved my order 1 of my pizzas(the lrg specialty) was missing and instead I recieved a med 1 topping pan crust instead that was obviously someone else's pizza. One that my family couldnt even eat. When I called to tell them the gentleman I spoke to apologized and said he'd give me a $20 credit that would show up when I ordered next time. Needless to say no such credit appeared in my account. So I was ripped off of a lrg specialty pizza I paid for.

I ordered $48 worth of food plus tip for delivery from this location. The food was never delivered nor could you get in contact with the store only a automated system directing you back to the website. No manager called or followed up on calling me to inquire about this order not being sent out. Don't waste your time, if the customer service is this bad I recommend going elsewhere.

I appreciate this neighborhood Pizza Hut. It is my son’s favorite and they don’t disappoint. The carry out special makes it not much more than a frozen pizza and so much better.
