Contribuisci feedbackThat was definitely worth the ride and every penny! The crispy shrimp and diceed honeypeat bead lives up to its reputation. Every bite was only heavenly. The smoked duck breast appetizer also in the square. You know that so much care and attention has been placed in every menu item we ordered. Also the dessert (not very sweet as Western Desserts) selection is perfect! The interior is beautiful and the waiting staff is so aware that you want any need or want to read them almost thoughts.
Well decorated in old Beijing style. Very popular and can require reservations. I enjoyed the crispy shrimps. Do not like her special blackcode so much with eggplants. felt like missing taste. The black cod is $30 per lb and on average 3 lbs per fish. Very loud during peak hours (no individual separation between tables). Service was good and fast.
First time in this Michelin restaurant with family and friends. It was a great experience. Decor is nice, place is clean, service is very friendly and attentive, food is good. We ordered many dishes and of course all specialties. All made themselves tasty, except a few of them with sauces too heavy or salty and a little fat. The presentation of the dishes was most impressed. The prices were high, but that was expected. Overall, it was a good experience. I'll go back.
This place deserved her Michelin star. Great ambience, delicious food and efficient services. Every dish we ordered was decent, but I was particularly impressed by the black pepper beef steaks and the braided pig belly with bamboo shoot. Her tea was also very nice and couples good with the dishes. If you want desserts, it is advisable to order in advance as the waiting period is about 30 minutes.
This is a beautiful restaurant. I wish we came with more people so we can try more dishes. The only dish I don't enjoy is their special tofu, they cook it nicely but the flavor was not special to me. I would recommend this restaurant to others. The chefs here have sophisticated cooking skills.
