The Teahouse At Mistley Quay - Tendring

We recently visited this hidden gem in Manningtree and were pleasantly surprised. We were quite hungry, so the delicious burgers hit the spot. The chips were crispy with a lovely seasoning. The service was friendly and personal, and the view of the Mistley estuary was great. Highly recommended!

I have dined here twice and will definitely be back many more times. The food is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is located in a beautiful building with a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it. Absolutely amazing.

They happen to come across this Lil Square and so glad we made it! very warm welcome by the staff. my 2 years old son was also very welcome! the atmosphere was fabulous and menu very good, a lot of choice and a good child choice also! traditional pots of tee, where very vintage style. a real quirky location with a great feeling of relaxation and the lookout also a bonus. Not large disabled or buggy access tho xx thank you we will be back x

A small teehouse, very cozy and friendly. beautiful on mistley quay. the breakfast was delicious and the small pots of the fresh tee are delicious. my new favorite place!

We had lunch on Good Friday and it was perfect. The small individual clear glass teapots and loose leaf tea make for a delightful cup of tea. The baguettes were perhaps the best we have ever had, so fresh with fantastic fillings. Everything is cooked to order and it really shows in the superb quality of the food. It's a charming little restaurant and the fact that it's dog-friendly just adds to its appeal. Kudos to the owners and staff for their great work - keep it up!
