Lucas's Chinese Takeaway

Better customer services, wanted a delivery and kept getting hung up on, called back and both front counter and manager hung up the phone a few times telling me it was busy and I could not order, and if I wanted delivery that would cost me $20 which I don't mind paying but getting hung up is unnecessary because I was not rude nor was I angry I just wanted food ????, I won't be ordering from Lucas Chinese Takeaway anymore.

Chips were cold and soggy. The fish was some sort of frozen thing from a supermarket. Certainly not freshly battered or anything. I saw her take the chips out of the 'heated area ' for at least 5 mins before mixing them with the 'fresh chips ', and i got like 10 chips from the fresh batch. will never ever go back.

Excellent food! Especially Chicken Chow Ming my favourite.

This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food. The owner is friendly and generous with portion sizes, making the meals even more enjoyable. It's unfortunate, though, that he isn't able to prepare the daily specials.
