El Nido - Tesuque

I have lived in NM for my whole life and this is the best sushi I have ever had by far not only in NM but in my whole life. This place is a must go if you are in the area. Head chef Alex and his team are so nice and are incredible chefs. I could not possibly recommend this place more if I tried.

Chef Alexander and the team are serving up the best sushi I have had. Fresh, textured, dynamic flavor combinations. Wow! (Mixed platter pictured). Girlfriend and I split the Tokyo and El Nido rolls (amazing, more than enough for 2 people), and also had a bowl of Miso (excellent).

Since 2020 Santa Fe has been lacking options for high quality Sushi, especially for special occasions. Su Sushi fills that gap with a top end offering of innovative modern sushi combining both traditional and New Mexican flavors. The quality of the sushi is worth the price. The Omakase is more like a 3 course chef’s selection, than a traditional Omakase, but still a delight that is worth a try. I am looking forward to the next occasion I have to dine at Su Sushi.

Su sushi is open again and is excellent! They have a bigger menu to choose from with maki rolls, nigiri, and a lot of other options. Everything we had was amazing and flown in fresh. We are excited to go back and try the omakase Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
