The Beach Cafe At The Waves - Thanet

Nice location, been here a few times with the grandchildren. The food is below average and overpriced for what is served. The chips are cheap frozen chips, the burger I had was the worst burger I have eaten, dry tasteless and of a cheap quality.. The coffee is tasteless boiled Brown water. Reminded me of 1960 cheap seaside food. Charged £24.00 for a burger and chips, dry fishcake and 2 tasteless coffees. I will only visit for a ice cream with the kids and never eat there again.

Very friendly and very dog friendly, basic, but nice enough for a one or two night stay, quiet area but nice, would go again

We came here last year and it was fab, and have returned again this year as my little boy is attending a play group near by... The staff are so friendly, well mannered and attentive from the minute you walk in. The manager always says hello and makes conversation. There are lovely dogs here which my little boy loves. We just have a coffee and ice cream but friendly service is so important and well done to you all. Restaurant and toilets all clean and tidy. 5*

It was so bad after booking a room for the night coz we had 2 much 2 drink 2 drive u cancelled are room out of order never be going back there again

Very disappointed, paid £9 for a jacket potato with tuna, it came with no salad garnish whatsoever. The picture of the jacket potato is misleading. Will never go back.
