P.f. Chang's Grandscape - The Colony

First and foremost, Sean the bartender was great. Attentive and helpful. Food was ok, not great for the price you pay. But overall, I enjoyed it. My biggest issue was with management and servers. I 'm in the industry myself. I saw servers all hanging out at the end of the bar...one loudly announcing to his coworker welcome back to hell. That same server...hair over his eyes, very young (reminded me of the kid from Stranger Things) was told he was getting sat. Within ear shot of the party, and patrons, he refused (I 'm assuming because of the young kids). The overall unprofessionalism should be kept out of earshot of guests...The manager, blonde haired young girl, didn 't move once from the end of the bar with her Chic Fil-A cup in the 2 hours I was dining. Shouldn 't she be helping expo, or run food, or table check on the guests, instead of sitting on her phone? She 's getting paid right?

Ian was our waiter, he was amazing and had great service. We had such a great night and assisted my friends birthday really well. He was very kind and generous!

Wow just wow what had Ian and he was absolutely amazing. His service was definitely a 10/10. He was so honest, sweet, and kind. He knew the menu and the food like the back of his hand. Will definitely be back and request him. The food was absolutely amazing, I loved the vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: Delicious

Another great experience at the Grandscape location, specifically at the bar (where we always sit)...service and food is consistently on point.
