Contribuisci feedbackI believe their service and food quality has always been good. My only issue is with the new delivery charge. I hope that the drivers receive a portion of that fee because I feel that it may decrease their tips. I will still tip them a few dollars, but I find it frustrating to already have paid a delivery fee. I guess that's just inflation for you.
As a teacher at Dry Hollow, I needed to find a receipt from a class party. Assistant manager Alicia provided me with exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist me. Her outstanding customer service skills and company knowledge deserve recognition, perhaps through a promotion, raise, or other form of acknowledgment. Thank you, Alicia!
The servers were very kind and understanding. I had my sleeping babies in the car, so I hurried in to pick up my order quickly. They informed me that it wasn't quite ready yet, but assured me that they would bring it out to me so I wouldn't have to wait too long and can leave my babies for only a few seconds.
Once they messed up on our whole order and gave it to us for free it was over a hour late they forgot about us but they always make it right! thee staff is always friendly!
