The Hot and sour soup they delivered what is this thick as molasses. They said they would deliver another one and they did not the manager , Carol said, bring the soup back to them. Very poor management.!

The customer service is awful. They don’t give you reminder that they are about to close. Instead, they just stand behind you telling you to leave even though there’s still food on your plate. We were eating and didn’t know they are about to close. All the sudden the guy just come to us and said he’s about to lock the door. We apologize and said we didn’t know they are about to close. We looked at the remaining food on the plate and said can you give us 3-5 minutes to finish the food? He replied I’m locking the door. And he just stand next to the table and watch us shuffle the food in our mouth I understand you want to leave right at the closing hour but an earlier reminder will be helpful instead of come to us at 9:59 and try to kick us out when we still haven’t finish our food! Didn’t even offer to go box
