Jack In The Box

Asked for two #10s and only gave me one at the drive tru . I politely said I asked for two and they said to get back in line , I asked if I could pay for another and wait at the front and the guy manager talk guy said no to get back in line . So I did but was not happy about it.

I ordered spicy crispy chicken jack wrap and a chicken sandwich. The wrap wasnt spicy at all and they put in upside down so when i grabbed it out the bag the chicken fell out and got sauce and lettuce on my clothes and all over my car interior.

Ordered a delivery order twice from this location within the same month and the first time I got terrible food. It was soggy, cold and the wrong thing! I only received one right item out of the entire order. Now the most recent order (today) my order was cancelled after waiting 40 plus mins just for the driver to pick up my order. This location needs new management or a new closing team altogether.

The guy answering the intercomm_2-11-2024. Was laughing and mumbling purposely to get me to repeat myself. I will never go back to this location. TRASH! The food was raw and uncooked. It took 45 mins to get food. In a line that was maybe 5 cars deep.

I'm leaving a 5 star review for the employee Chris. While not one but two employees stood scrolling on their phones, he was working. He noticed me there and came over polite and professional. This world needs the Chris people in it!!
