I 've eaten at Noodles and Company throughout the US. I 'm not from here, but dang, really? First there 's only one location in all of Houston (the 2 others are close to Houston, I guess). So, I drive 22 miles, come in with literally NO CUSTOMERS. Wait for my order, and as time passes I look up from my table and realize the restaurant is bustling and I 'm the only one with no damn food. REALLY?!? When I call out to the cashier, she turns to me, says nothing, turns back to the corner, picks up a tray, walks over to me then, walks away and delivers to another table. When I go to the register to get a refund, 20 minutes later, she 's clueless. I simply said, Refund please. She doesn 't know how, the manager, who is cooking comes over and asks me how I 'm doing? I just smiled. Got what I hope is my refund and left. A lot of these people here are, but I still refuse to believe it 's possible to be this stupid and rude.

The place was clean the workers were stand offish nice to a point where they had to deal with you and didnt want to all of our food was good but the taste was kind of bland. Nothing really stands out about this place its just average.
I expected asian food with the name. so i was disappointed. the food was ok, a bit expensive and kinda all over the place with choices, i guess it's just everything served with noodles but the dishes aren't consistant.
Great workaday lunch place. Cafeteria stile. Not very big. Nice food.
