Contribuisci feedbackThis is a conflicting review, lol. We waited for 75 minutes before our first dish comes out. Then 10 minutes before the next one. My buddy didn’t want to give it higher than a 3 star bc they took so long. But for the price? It’s very affordable. The second time we went, we waited 20 minutes so much improved. We ordered the salted pepper fish, good. They use a softer batter, which I don’t prefer. Fish was good in general. The black pepper sauce fish? Pretty awesome as well as the eggplant. The second best items were the snow pea leaves. The weakest dish was the mopo tofu, average, but some people may like the softer tofu dish. Overall for the food and price, 4 star. For the service, WAS 2 star and now 3-4 star. I hypothesize that the waiter/help staff put our ticket at the bottom behind 3 other tables and we got screwed in time. So either they needed more help or this guy messed up. Random: They remodeled several months later (2024). Gray walls and got rid of the pink.
Love this place! My go-to is always the beef brisket clay pot. The beef is always so tender and rich. For being in this super busy plaza, it has always felt like a hidden gem for me, always constant amid whatever the latest hype is in Chinatown.
Fantastic place; i love coming here with my friends. we usually order a LOT of food we have a great time. the dishes are delicious our usual favorites are the salt pepper squid and the curry beef fried rice. the waitstaff is always wonderful, as well, and very accommodating! hope to be back soon!
Great food and good price . Especially salted pork chops . A little bit slow on service and the wait for food come out but no wear can beat the lunch price like this place with deliciousness food .
Braised tofu was salty. Sate beef Noodles was acceptable nothing. Likely won’t come back.
