The young man who took and prepared my order was not only friendly but also very efficient. I truly hope this location becomes one of my new favorites!
I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. My daughter and I both experienced severe food poisoning after sharing a coffee with cream that seemed questionable. I should have heeded the warning signs when I received an old-looking pumpkin cream cold brew that was clearly not freshly made. Although I typically hesitate to return items, I really wish I had done so in this case. After recovering from a weekend of illness caused by that drink, I tried calling the manager to report the incident and prevent it from happening to anyone else. Unfortunately, after an hour of trying, I still couldn't reach anyone; the staff just hung up without answering. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
We visited yesterday on our way home and were disappointed with our experience. Unfortunately, none of the pastries we wanted were available, which has been a recurring issue at Starbucks lately. The one dessert we did manage to get was still in its packaging, which was disappointing. This might have just been an off day or a particularly challenging one for the staff, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. We are likely to return, especially with the exciting new fall coffee lineup approaching, and we hope our next visit will be much better. In the meantime, stay strong, take care, and maybe consider communicating with corporate about better stock management!
I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I paid an extra $1.25 for sweet cream cold foam, but it's seldom made correctly. Over my last three visits, I ended up with salted caramel instead of the vanilla I ordered. And even when I finally received the vanilla cold foam, there was hardly any in my cup. While the customer service is consistently excellent, the attention to detail definitely needs some work.
The staff at this Woodlands location greeted me with genuine warmth as I entered. When I inquired about tea recommendations, the barista took the time to explain all the options available. They have a large table perfect for meetings, making it an excellent choice for anyone working on a laptop. The internet speed is impressive, and there's also a lovely patio area. I highly recommend this place!
