My family has been dining at Yuan Ten for nearly four decades. Most recently, my family (35 people) chose Yuan Ten to celebrate Chinese New Years 2024 and enjoyed authentic Chinese classics. If you're seeking genuine Chinese cuisine favorites, Yuan Ten is a must try in Houston.

If you’re looking for mediocre food at inflated prices just to have a “Instagram-worthy” atmosphere, then go elsewhere. But if you want expertly crafted dishes that showcase traditional Chinese cuisine, paired with friendly service and fair prices, then you should definitely visit Yuan Ten. You won’t regret it.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant with my family. I'm so glad they reopened. While the place may not have the best appearance, the food is excellent. In fact, this fits the classic description of a "hole-in-the-wall." If you're looking for delicious food at reasonable prices, this is definitely the spot to check out.
