Next time we want 5 minutes to ourselves ill go to KFC , only reason iv given 2 star is the front of house staff were lovely.
Cafe not busy apart from what looks like Sainsburys managers meeting, yet still told 30 minutes wait for food. Not staffed adequately for demand if that's the case!
We decided to have lunch here, turned out to be a a bad decision. It wasn't very busy in the cafe, I placed my order, and waited 35 mins for food to arrive. My food (cottage pie chips), was nothing but cheap and nasty. No taste at all and watery, the chips where mushed up oven chips just horrible. The staff on the till hadn't got a clue what she was doing. We didn't complain as I just wanted to get the he'll out of there, never again!
Food was basically a microwave meal, The drinks were flat they had limited choice compared to what was on the menu . And the children’s roast dinner was so by my 4 year old son wouldn’t touch it after one mouth full the roast potatoes were dry the beef was like bible paper and the gravy was like jelly. Absolutely Appalling from Sainsbury’s they should be ashamed of their selves as they hold the reputation at high standards compare to other competitors. Best supermarket café by far is burntwood Morrison’s.
