All these articles were sub par. I appreciate that the main course is the star, but the Costars need some work. The service was very friendly, prompt and helpful. However, we both went with a feeling of not belonging. We have a lot of weird appearance and we couldn't figure out why that would be unless we're out of the area.
Absolutely packed in an afternoon, but they still had tables. Food was amazing and fast. Large portions even for children's meals. The waitress was great. The woman who coordinated the ground worked here and kept in front of the house flowing smoothly. But important... MEATLOAF, ingenious pie and hand dipped ice. I love this place!
We showed real estate and decided we needed a contract. We decided to share a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Curly Fries. You were good... then we split a turtle cheesecake with hot fudge. It was really good. Sweet tea was good, not excessively sweet as many places. Service was good. They were all very friendly. Loved the view of the lake. We'll be back when we show real estate!
We thought this was Dessert applecake ala mode and a hot fudge sundae. Food and service were excellent, and we enjoyed the view of the lake.
The food at Cookies is more than worth the drive we made from Bull Shoals and the service was even better! I had the walleye which was a generous portion perfectly cooked. I think we met and chatted with most of the staff in the house who were all friendly and fun. We had a great experience that was a welcome contrast to most restaurants since the pandemic which have been disappointing in my experience. Go to Cookies and you won't be disappointed!
