Sal's Pizza - Thornton

Awful... Is Crazy we ordered sandwiches made with ciabatta not pizza crust pricy a little but You definitly get what you pay for...

Hmm Hmm Good. We ordered the three things from them tonight and even in -5 degree weather they delivered. Ingredients were fresh, gyro was super packed with meat. I just couldn't believe how much they packed into it.

A friend and I tried the place on a whim, since it's within walking distance of my house. We were cautious at first--the place looks straight out of Silent Hill, but our trepidation died with the first taste of calzone. The food is as excellent as the store front is ominous. The man who runs the place is a bit difficult to understand and communicate with at times, but so long as you keep your order concise, you'll be quite pleased.

I really like Sal's. I had a calzone and all the ingredients were fresh. It was slightly doughy and the sauce a little too runny for my taste, but overall it was great. I'm glad to see a local pizzeria keeping it real in the face of so many horrible pizzas being cranked out by the pizza chains.

Best pizza place ever if you like homemade good! It's so yummy! It is 3 person job but it's only 1 man is makes all the food and delivers it. That's crazy. It's a really little old place and is really ghetto but it's the best!
