Domino's Pizza - Thousand Palms

This is the only Domino's I visit because the customer service is consistently excellent. Even when my online order was incorrect, they promptly resolved the issue. Plus, it has a drive-thru, which I really appreciate!

My wife mentioned that Domino's had improved, so I decided to give it a try. I have to say, Domino's really has gotten better. I've visited a few times recently, and I have no complaints.

I recently went to the Thousand Palms location to order several pizzas for a party at my home that evening. The in-store service was outstanding, thanks to a young man who was managing around 20 different tasks all by himself. The delivery was also top-notch—prompt and efficient. Thank you!

We've been ordering maybe once every 3 months from this Domino's for about 2 years, and have had nothing but friendly, prompt service. Never had an incorrect order or a late delivery. All their drivers have been on time or early and are very good about following no-contact procedures.
