The Local Pub - Thredbo Village

Stopped in today for a sneaky pub lunch after a walk in the National park. Food was all solid, drinks cold and all prices reasonable. View back over the deck to Thredbo is lovely. Definitely worth checking out!

We dined at The Local on Wednesday night Schnitzel night we all ordered the schnitzel and wine/beer special. Great value for money. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was good quality pub food.

Nice atmosphere. Lots of big tables with bench seating suitable for big groups. There is also outdoor seating as well. Beautiful view, and a great place to hang out and grab a drink. Prices for food are reasonable and delicious too. They also have coffees here too, something for everyone. Food can only be ordered from 12pm. Toilets are available and were clean.

Great food and drinks options. Great prices. I don't even like poutine but my friend got it and it was really delish with pork knuckle!

Not riding so had lots of time to kill while my kids hit the mountain. Found a comfy sofa outside The Local Pub and settled in. Decent range of beers, great service and good, reasonably (for Thredbo) priced food. The chicken burger was great with a nice buzz of spice which was quenched with another cold beer
