When I think of BTH, I think of old restaurants with great sandwiches that are a bit spendy. <br/ <br/ This location is clean, newly renovated, and seems to be a tad bit cheaper than the location on Boones Ferry.<br/ <br/ Good alternative to the trendy sandwich shops taking over suburbia.
I believe Big Town Hero is a franchise. That being said, some locations are better than others. This one is nestled near local businesses in a small shopping plaza. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the sandwiches are great!
The staff are friendly. The establishment was pristine clean and the food was great plus they accept Google Pay. You can get standard sub sandwiches here. Big Town Hero surprised me in a positive way. Highly recommend.
Best customer service ever. The reviewer below who claims to never go back failed to mention that the very rude young woman’s athletic team was crowed into a small area and were selfishly chattering so loud that other patrons trying to order couldn’t be heard. I had already ordered and was standing near the counter waiting for carry out. It was a onetime event, yes, the man yelled maybe just a bit too loud, but it was necessary given the circumstances of needing to be heard. Nice place. Nice people. Exceptional food that is always fresh. I still go there. In store dining can be a little crowed at peak lunch time, but I usually carry out. It’s crowed because it’s good and worth visiting regularly.
Not a lot of seating, everyone is consistently very pleasant, owner remembers my usual order. 'C ' wrote a bogus review... or maybe had a bad day? I go in there 2 4 times every week and it is largely due to the way I am treated as a customer by everyone there. Making great sandwiches doesn 't hurt either...
