Monkey's Subs - Tigard

Terrible Money Subs location! They are unable to staff their location properly and are closed more than they are open. When they are open, the staff seems clueless and not trained properly. They've messed up our order countless times. Just did an online order, paid for it, and drove down to the location to find out they are closed. Whoever owns this location, get a clue and learn how to run a business properly!

We came in, ordered 2 subs and were the only people in the store. It seemed to take 10-15 minutes to get our food. Quite a long time for being the only ones in the store. The worker was very nice, and the food was good, just seemed to take awhile.

I've been eating here for about a year and a half now. Their current employees are great and all my orders are correct. The ingredients are fresh. They only have white bread as an option and it's been that way since the pandemic. The only gripe I have is the price. It is very expensive so I do not eat here often.

I had the best experience the other day when I got take out, Gabby was above and beyond with customer service and my sandwich was fantastic. Will go here the next time I am in town for sure!
