Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at the location tinley are exceptional, they are all very friendly and nice. When I go to popeyes to eat lunchtime, I am always greeted by a smile. I would highly recommend this location. by the way, they love the huh of popeyes .
Ordered a family meal through the drive thru. Wings were clearly rancid. Tasted and smelled bad. Tried to notify them by phone but got no answer. Drove back and told the manager who clearly did not care. Was offered replacement pieces, however I just wanted reassurance they would check what was on the shelf to prevent somebody else. She made it clear she did not believe me and refused to check the chicken I brought back. Attempted to notify corporate thru the website and received no response.
Chicken seems less seasoned that other Popeyes that I've had. I always have to ask for a Cajun Sparkle packet. On my last visit, the lobby was closed in the middle of the afternoon causing the line to be around the building and blocking the parking lot! Maybe they were short staffed. Maybe management is hard to work with. Took over 20 minutes to get an app order. Then, I had to remind him it came with a drink. He went to a basket of receipts to double check (although my order was printed right on receipt attached to my bag) I was not pleased.
Service poor. It was 9:20 pm. It says they close at 10pm. But lights already off and inside closed. Tried to order chicken but would have to wait over 35 minutes since they have to still cook them. But they close at 10:00 so they couldn't do it. Why not close at 9 pm then . Why stay open for another 35 minutes just to refuse people service.
I'm not sure if management changed or new owners, but we stopped in today and everything was perfect. The staff were nice, friendly attentive, chicken was hot fresh. We haven't had Popeyes in years, but I'll be back soon! If you haven't been there in a while, give them a try. Fully staffed, fresh food ready quickly!!
