Burger King - Toccoa

The worst burger king ever. I spent over 30 minutes in the drive through the line with only two cars in front of me and received cold food from an rude hired handed over. never! If I want to choose from burger king, I will go to lavonia. I could drive there from toccoa, get my food and come back faster than to go to the appalling excuse of a restaurant in toccoa. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place.

The waiting period was too long, and the worker at the window that told me to move forward was unclear and forgotten about my order. until I got it, everything was cold. this is not even the first time that I experienced these problems.

After placing my order in the drive-through I was told to pull forward and wait for two whopper juniors and two fries. I waited and waited and waited for 35 minutes. Several cars went by me in that time. I car pulled in front of me after I had been waiting 10 minutes then got their order before me. The lady behind me started honking because she has been waiting a long time as well. Then I started honking. It didn’t seem to matter. The manager finally came out with my order And was very rude when I complained about the long wait. I will never go back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

No buns, no whoppers, may as well of been no employees as long as it took with 2 cars in line no dine in customers.They could do better.
