The food at this restaurant is delicious. Although there are no gluten-free options clearly labeled on the menu, the staff were able to help us navigate our choices. We make sure to visit this place every time we are in Tofino!

Nothing in the menu is marked with GF, but there are many GF options. Server was very over cross-contamination and what was Zöliakie safe.

Shocking almost every dish, whether it seems like it should or not, goes through her deep frying... which is definitely contaminated. Managed to find two dishes that were possible with motivations to eat, but were not really so good. You have no interest in taking food allergies. Not disturbing

I had an excellent meal here. Our server told me that they re-create the menu to make most available gluten-free. I visited this restaurant a year ago and there are much more gf options now. The frit is gluten-free. I could eat a variety of menu items. Server was aware and very accommodating.
