Bù Dòng そば - Tomisato

This restaurant, which won on TV Tokyo's TV Champion, is well known in the local area. I ordered a tempura set and chose soba. The tempura was crispy and delicious, with a generous portion. The shrimp was particularly large and meaty, giving it great value. The salad was made with fresh, crunchy vegetables. The soba had a good texture and was delicious. The more you chew, the more you can taste the flavor of the soba. I forgot to take a picture, but the warm tanuki soba and dipping sauce were also delicious.

The quality of the soba has improved since before, although they are still short on stock. The taste is good and the dipping sauce is delicious. It would be better if they had enough soba in stock. The "hikikatsu set" is delicious, but it would be even easier to eat if the cutlet was sliced in half. There is too much lettuce, which is a waste.

The soba noodles are short and the broth is rich, very delicious. I recommend the pork cutlet set. It's great value for money and a soba restaurant that you'll want to visit again.
