Kfc - Tonawanda

We ordered through Uber eats and all I can tell you the only thing that tasted fresh were the drinks. The missed a fry and gave me two wings and a thigh instead of two breasts and a wing. Food was so old and disgusting. We threw everything out. I calledthem to let them know and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I hope management takes action and cleans up thisstaff.

Waste of time, especially if you order ahead. Not only will they not make your order on time, they won't make the order at all and refuse to give a refund without you calling the people running the ordering system in God knows where. If you even do get toeat, it will be undercooked or wrong altogether.

Music is too loud in the dining area. Also, it's October 27th and they're playing Christmas music already. I recommend the drive-thru. The chicken and mashed potatoes still taste pretty good.

I only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches in the drive thru and they were not edible! They were severely over cooked when I went to eat them at home and had a pound of Mayo on it to cover it up. Long story short I?m pretty mad I?m out 10$ and had to makesomething else. Normally I don?t have a prob but today wasn?t cool.

Just like any other KFC. Overpriced and not very good chicken. There location is very bad as well. The way to get Into the stores drive through and parking lot is inconvenient coming North. There's one way in and out. I mean there food is good if youlike KFC. Service wasn't bad so that's a plus.
