This has been a recurring issue at this specific location. However, what ensued was extremely disappointing. After waiting for 30 minutes with no updates or receipt of my order, I had no other option but to request a refund due to time constraints. The lack of customer service was truly shocking. When I entered the restaurant to address my concerns, a staff member was whispered to by a manager and then walked away without acknowledging me. I was left standing there, confused and ignored, until I had to firmly request a refund. The manager's hesitant response and the way the situation was handled were both unprofessional and disrespectful. This incident was not solely about a delayed order; it reflected a complete disregard for customer time and a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from the management. This experience has drastically altered my perception of McDonald's customer service standards, particularly at this specific location.
The food was cold, the service was poor, and there was a long wait. When I asked for an apple pie, they didn't have any so they gave me a Christmas pie instead. I didn't realize it had caramel in it, and as a diabetic, my blood sugar will be very high. Thanks a lot.
I have had two consecutive experiences of missing items in my Mcdelivery orders. Additionally, the staff seems to have difficulty distinguishing between vanilla and banana milkshakes. I think it is time for me to stop ordering from this restaurant. Blaming Uber or the app is not acceptable, as the responsibility lies with the restaurant for packing and sealing the bags.
Absolutely dreadful, you’d have thought we’d have learnt our lesson by now but on this occasions after visiting the drive through, we simply could deal with the “can you park up” business. After 20 minutes, we left without our food. Over it.
Always a slow service no matter what time of the day. Friend even had to wait 20 minutes for a tea at 2am!. The drive through is pointless as you’re always told to park up. Food instore is generally okay. Sometimes slow, but delivery, drive through or app orders are pointless. Been like this for over a year now Atleast. Was ignored other day on the right drive through speaker post while the left one was being served and 7 cars overtook us due to poor service
