Ordered take away from food hub received oil basically instead of curry , rung the restaurant guy was rude he told me to ring food hub, who rang the restaurant who refused to refund

I have ordered from this restaurant several times in the past and everything was good. However, tonight was a different story. My order never arrived and despite trying to get updates by calling 14 times, the line was always busy. I ended up having to cook my own food. I am very disappointed and would not order from here again.

Delivery time wasn’t too bad but when we received our food the rice was cold, Cantonese style chicken was cold, the chicken chow mein was far too salty and the chips were really dry as if they’d been sat there for ages. I’m not really happy about my order, I paid £25 for it not to be right.

Amazing food every time, everything is freshly cooked, really tasty and the staff are lovely. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for lovely food and service xxx

Food was delicious, piping hot, nicest chicken balls ive ever had, The beef in the curry was tender, delivery was prompt and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and we will certinely be ordering again 5
