I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. If you're looking for quick and efficient service, this is not the place for you. I called ahead for a pickup order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, I saw two employees in the back but the front door was locked. After waiting for 5 minutes, I called again and was told my order was almost ready and the door should be unlocked. However, when I checked again, the door was still locked and neither employee came to assist me. I waited outside for another 15 minutes with the same result. Despite multiple attempts to get their attention, they were not responsive. I eventually cancelled my order after 40 minutes and was informed that it was ready. When I returned, the door was still locked and it took some effort to get their attention. The employee seemed unaware that the door was locked and simply laughed it off. It was unprofessional and strange for them to keep the front door locked during business hours while neglecting the customers waiting outside. The pizza was okay, but the experience was not worth the trouble.

The service at this restaurant is terrible, no one should go there. I ordered breadsticks and they were all burnt on the top. When I asked the owner to take a look, he yelled at me. The owner is very rude, and I advise against anyone visiting this establishment. It's a waste of money.

Decent basic pizza and wings but there are dumb, dumber and dumbest working behind the counter ???? Half an hour wait for a slice of pizza and small portion of wings with 3 people working there and they asked what my order was like 5 times, in anempty shop.

I'm not very picky when it comes to pick up specials but this one there's only two pepperoni's or one and a half per slice that's kind of ridiculous I might as well just ask for a cheese pizza don't be stingy you guys are not losing that much money byputting an extra pepperoni on a slice

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. I placed an order through UberEats and there was no update on the status of my order. An hour later, my order still hadn't arrived. I tried calling the restaurant using the contact number listed on UberEats, but no one answered, and when they did, they would hang up immediately. I then called 241 Pizza directly and they were extremely rude, telling me to call the restaurant themselves, even though I had already tried multiple times. They said they couldn't help or connect me. I was very unimpressed with the lack of customer service.
