Chipotle Mexican Grill - Toronto

Always yummy at Chipolte. This location is nicer than the location at Yonge Dundas. I had the Sofrita burrito with guacamole.

Ordered over $50 worth of food, didn't receive guacamole with order (ordered 3 in total. This has happened over two times at this location. Not ordering here ever again.

The food itself is usually good, but a bit inconsistent with portion sizes of proteins. The staff is generally friendly, but even with several employees on the line service generally seems a bit slow, with a line of people pushed out the door. One of my biggest concerns however is that the AC has been off on several visits, it was so hot just standing in line I had to leave, yet management is forcing employees to work through that and creating incredibly unsafe working conditions. I’ve worked in restaurants, I’ve seen people pass out from heat exhaustion, it’s not a good situation for anyone.

You can never go wrong with Chipotle. Only complaint is that sometimes there's a lack of communication from the employees, which can be frustrating, but that's only happened like 3 times from the 20 times I've been there.Parking: The parking can get very limited on the weekends since it's a popular area, but theres lots of parking spaces, so there should be no problem finding one ?

You get what you pay for. Food is good, staff is polite. Seating area is good. Perhaps, they can create patio dining as well.
