Customer service failure.We went there on Thanksgiving, all the employees were busy preparing order. We were waiting to place order on counter for 15 minutes.No one took the order and no courtesy to acknowledge that we will be served in couple of minutes.It is understanable ,that it was busy but felt so rude as we were at the counter and no one evn pays attention to it.

Ambiance was really good.Loved every bit of it.Portion is good for two people. A great dessert date place.Recommendations: Brownie with vanilla ice creamTiramisu cheese cake falls flat in terms of taste , wasn’t that great

I would have give 0 rating if there is option. We ordered cookilicious it's my all time favourite. This time we got too less quantity, while calling the store the person at the call refused to accept it. I did add picture here, i just want to say i know you are just doing your job but you have to make proper dish, customer is paying for food and who ever is working at the store need to change their attitude towards customers.

I love this place they have fresh desserts everything is organized there and also they have nice staff I ordered a funnel cake and the ice cream was soft and nice and also the strawberries were very fresh and the funnel cake it’s self this is definitely a place for people to go for dessert ! Thank you D spot Desserts for this good time that I was there !

My friend and I shared the pistachio funnel cake. Everything it had was yummy but I think I miss the sauce that the classic strawberry funnel cake has. I personally wouldn’t get the pistachio next time. I’ll stick with the classic strawberry funnel cake.
