Fortunately, I met a Japanese who sat right next to me in a Palos Verdes Park and recommended this restaurant among other Japanese restaurants. It was a very good proposal: it will be a bit expensive if you go there with empty stomach. You'll understand what I mean?
Traditional Japanese stain. came here on a Monday evening at 18:30 with three other friends. We put our name on the list and waited less than 10 min (we had no reservation). Free parking available. Credit cards accepted. They serve alcohol. The tuna tataki rice shell came with tuna slices and tuna paste. The fish tasted fresh. The beef dish was a hearty option, and came boiled medium and thinly cut. We had to share a plate of cucumbers, in the beginning it was on the vinegarian side as heads up. Our waitress was efficient and left us mostly alone (what we wanted). A cool, authentic place to eat with a group of friends.
This fresh quays don at $26.00 is an excellent value because each piece of raw fish is left without a dry part. The Grilled Fish Set is also tasty, moist and fresh at $18.95, the signature pork (too dry) at $48.00 at BlueWater Grill in Torrence we had two months ago. We decide to come back for dinner the next day. If you are looking for services, it is rated 3 stars, but 5 stars for fresh Sashimi dishes with reasonable prices printed with a Today's Special menu daily.
A casual Japanese restaurant, no need to worry about dressing. The selection on the menu is great, sashimi, sushi to, roasted food, salad, grilled, curry, soba...... Great service, they were busy for dinner, try to keep a table
Had a very nice dinner the deluxe Seafood sashimi with a large sake. Everything was very fresh could have used a little more though.
