Is there a perfect dish? That when you eat it you think it couldn 't be cooked better... I have felt this sensation for 15 years eating some dishes in this restaurant. Now I live far away but when I 'm in the area I naturally go there. I see some strange comments that I honestly don 't know what purpose they have...
