Moe's Southwest Grill - Town of De Witt

I visited this Moe's on Monday at 7:57 PM because I was really craving it (especially after my workout class). I felt a bit guilty walking in just three minutes before closing time, but Alveda and the team were incredibly friendly and cheerful! They were out of several items due to supply chain issues, but unfortunately, that’s the reality we're facing today. My stack took a little longer to cook on the grill, and Alveda generously offered me a free drink while I waited. The staff was so welcoming and truly made my evening special! Thank you, wonderful people!

Moes on Erie (225) staff are super friendly. It’s clear they were short handed but were still very efficient and cordial. This was the staff on Saturday April 17

I tried their food for the first time and it was delicious! However, I gave them 4 stars because I ordered one chicken quesadilla, but they ended up making two, so I had to pay for both.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the food is fantastic, but the service is consistently slow due to being understaffed. Having only two employees on the line during busy hours is simply not enough. It would be beneficial for management to hire more staff to ensure the business runs smoothly. I’m really tired of seeing places operate with too few employees, which is tough on both the staff and the customers. The customer-facing employees do a great job, though! It's the management that needs improvement.

We were treated well and the line moved quickly for being at a busy time. The loud greeting when people come in is part of their service, but was a little distracting when trying to have a conversation. Also, there was a bit of confusion about what went onto our bill (multiple orders in one), and about what kind of drink was ordered. But, it was taken care of promptly, and the food was good!
