Mobile ordered, wasted half an hour of my time and $10 because I can’t get a refund either. Genuine scam

I typically do not eat burgers at fast food locations but when I do I usually like a Whopper now and then do to the charcoal grill flavor. However this time I was disappointed. Not only did my whopper not have that flavor it was not hot! Nor were my fries had I not pulled away already to head home I would definitely have returned my meal!

The cashier got my order wrong when I asked for a meal and then wanted me to pay extra for something that wasn’t my fault, no effort at all to rectify the issue. This really left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be visiting again. I give it two stars because the food was decent.

They beat McDonalds hands down. If you want a real fish sandwich, then it's Burgerking every time.
